At Good Natured Play & Education we value the natural world as key part of holistic learning, health & well-being. It is no secret that getting outdoors, feeling and breathing the fresh air and connecting with our world can fill our cups with gratitude and enables us to feel a sense of calm combined with new energy.
This week we invite you, your child and your whole whanau to complete 7 simple tasks to help refresh and recharge your mind, body and soul by getting out into nature each day. The tasks can be completed in any order and we would love to see photos (without interrupting any special moments of course)
